On Sunday, April 25, 2021, “Cars and Coffee” is hosting its monthly car racing event. Elaine Larsen, a two-time world champion dragster driver, is here to license Josette Roach. Her crew chief, Loghan Ashline, is an integral part of this female dragster team. She is next in line. “It’s about girl power,” says Larsen.
